Our Commitment We want you and your pup to love every product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at sacredmantraa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable items (treats, food)
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
